Robert Papazian began his career in the entertainment industry
working as a page for CBS. From that modest beginning, he
built a prodigious producing career, with more than 100
television movies and miniseries to his credit, 27 Emmy
nominations and 9 Emmys including Outstanding Drama Movie
for Inherit the Wind. In 1988, Robert partnered with writer-
producer Jim Hirsch to create one of the industry's most
respected independent production companies, Papazian-Hirsch
Entertainment. They went on to produce many more awarding
winning television movies and series including HBO’s highly
lauded drama series, Rome.
Somewhere in the middle of all
those years, Bob and Deb Leoni became steadfast friends.
Today he serves proudly on the Board of Directors of Recovery
Shot. “Recovery Shot is an organization that unfolds such a
positive future for so many afflicted with medical problems
through the healing of playing golf. I am so fortunate to be able
to support and be a member of the Board of Directors for such
a worthy cause!”
