Neil Carrey

Neil Carrey is a retired attorney with more than 50 years practicing in the areas of corporate, tax, benefits and exempt organization laws and has represented numerous Nonprofit organizations. He graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania as an accounting major, and Stanford Law School. In addition to practicing law, over the years Neil has served on 26 Nonprofit Boards and presently sits on 10 Nonprofit Boards. He holds, and has held, a leadership role in almost all of them.

Neil has lived in Santa Monica for 42 years with his wife Karen where he raised 5 kids and is very active in that community. He served on the Recreation and Parks Commission for more than 12 years and currently is the Chair of the Santa Monica Travel and Tourism Board. He was also very active with the Santa Monica Malibu Unified School District chairing many committees for more than 30 years and coached youth sports for more than 15 years. Neil is a Member of Mountaingate Country Club and played on its Super Senior Tennis Team from which won the Nationals. Neil is also a Member of the Country Music Association.
