Cheech Marin

RICHARD “CHEECH” MARIN is best known as one half of the hilariously irreverent, satirical, counter-culture, no-holds-barred duo CHEECH AND CHONG. Cheech is an actor, director, writer, musician, art-collector and humanitarian. To this day, Cheech and Chong films rank at the top of video sales and rentals. He is the star of movies and television too numerous to mention and is also considered to be the preeminent collector and advocate of Chicano art. He recently opened a state-of-the-art museum called simply, THE CHEECH. Cheech is also an avid golfer and comes to Recovery Shot by way of his association with CEO James Hirsch, whom he worked with on the CBS series Nash Bridges, and Dennis, whom he worked with on the Showtime series Resurrection Blvd. Recovery Shot is extremely excited and pleased to have Cheech on our Honorary Board and to have him be our Host at our inaugural golf tournament.
